Welcome to InveStars. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which facilitates revenue-based crowdfunding for creators and supporters. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

• Creators: Individuals or entities initiating revenue-generating projects on the platform.
• Supporters: Individuals contributing funds to projects and receiving a share of future revenue.
• Platform: Refers to InveStars, including its website, app, and associated services.

Supporter Responsibilities:

• Supporters acknowledge that contributions do not constitute loans, equity, or debt.
• Supporters agree to the revenue-sharing terms specified for each project.
• Supporters understand that returns are variable and tied to project performance.

Creator Responsibilities:

• Creators must provide accurate project details and comply with all revenue-sharing obligations.
• Creators are responsible for transparent reporting of revenue milestones and cooperating with the platform’s verification processes.

General Responsibilities:

• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• Users agree not to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities on the platform.

Funding Process:

• Creators submit projects for review and approval.
• Upon approval, projects are listed with detailed revenue-sharing terms.
• Supporters contribute funds and gain entitlement to a proportionate share of revenue as per the disclosed terms.

Revenue Distribution:

• Revenue from projects is tracked through verified sources.
• Supporters receive revenue shares at specified intervals, after platform fees are deducted.

Platform Fees:

A service fee is deducted from funds raised and revenue distributions. Fee details are disclosed in the project-specific revenue-sharing agreement.

Supporter Risks:

• Contributions are subject to project performance and market conditions.
• There is no guarantee of partial or full returns on contributions.

Creator Risks:

• Creators are responsible for fulfilling revenue-sharing obligations as outlined in the project-specific revenue-sharing agreement.

• The platform operates under a revenue-sharing model and is not an NBFC, CIS, or investment fund.
• All transactions are facilitated through licensed payment gateways and escrow services.

Termination by User:

• Users may terminate their accounts at any time, provided there are no ongoing obligations.

Termination by Platform:

• The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

Platform Liability:

• InveStars is not liable for project failures, losses, or unrealized returns.

User Liability:

• Users are liable for any damages resulting from violations of these Terms.

Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India.
