- Non-Refundable Contributions: Contributions made by supporters to creator projects are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined in the project-specific revenue-sharing agreement.
- Transparency and Accountability: Creators are obligated to fulfill their commitments as outlined in their project campaigns.
Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation:
- If a creator cancels their project before funds are disbursed, all supporter contributions will be refunded in full.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of project cancellation.
Platform Errors:
- In cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors caused by the platform, affected users may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Contributions made voluntarily cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or personal financial considerations.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for underperforming projects, as revenue-sharing agreements depend on project success and market conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Creators may cancel their projects at any time during the campaign. In such cases, all supporter contributions will be refunded in full.
